Kelly Kwan’s property investing and development expertise has been acquired over a number of property cycles in the past 20 years and more, and her experience spans across multiple property strategies including renovations, growth properties, commercial properties, subdivisions and property development. Holding university degrees in Commerce and Arts, she has worked in Australia’s big four banks and accounting firms, as well as co-founded her own successful enterprises in various industries from retail, wholesale, manufacturing, international trade and investment consulting.
Kelly now invests and manages property for her own company and for other investors. She prides herself on delivering consistent profitable project outcomes with her strong focus on detailed due diligence, effective negotiation, strategic planning, risk management and creative problem solving. Kelly’s success in business, property investment and management, and her values of honesty and integrity has rewarded her with long term partnerships with like-minded property investors and a fulfilling full-time passion.

Having been in the field for 13 years, Ken Pham has acquired extensive experience and knowledge in the construction industry. From what started as humble beginnings in a single-man plumbing van, Ken transformed his business into a successful maintenance company, supplying all trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry and landscaping, currently including a large network of 150 subcontractors. His work involves managing schools, community centres and owners corporations, and supplying trades to councils, real estate and insurance companies. Some of his clients include household names, such as Ray White, Allianz, BP, Domino's, Subway, Sushi Sushi and Hungry Jacks.
Ken is now using his experience to provide guidance and consulting services to grateful investors and home owners.
